Review the “Logic Model Template.” Complete the Logic Model Template that is provided for the identified change that you want to make. Create a 5-7-slide presentation about the logic model. Include the following in your presentation:
A description of the process you would follow when considering the logic model for the change.
A description of the intended outcome.
A detailed list of the resources that will be needed to make the change.
