After looking over the chapters, reading the lecture material and watching the videos it’s time to get your impressions. Why do we need to study human development? What benefits are to be gained by an understanding of developmental processes? For this discussion simply provide some insights on these questions. As you do so cite your source (time in video or page in book or lecture reading) so other people can refer to it. After that ask a question that you thought of while looking at the material.
After your initial post, attempt to answer someone else’s question with material from the course and post additional replies to other students if something strikes you as interesting.
PART 2-
It’s time to tie together the material from the text, lecture reading and videos you’ve been studying. For this assignment you’ll be using the concepts presented in the material to answer the following question:

Part I –
Use examples from each part of the Scientific American Frontiers video to explain cognitive growth among babies and how the video illustrates the concepts from the text and lecture reading. I’ve included the link here again.
