Use the Burke-Litwin Model and Burke-Litwin assessment survey instrument to assess and address the chosen organization’s readiness for change. From peer-reviewed scholarly articles, analyze at least two organization development and change theories (i.e., complexity theory, organization learning, absorptive capacity, institutional theory, open system theory, boundary work and practice work, interpretative schemes…etc.) or models (i.e., dialogic OD, diagnostic OD, analytic framework for episodic change or continuous change…etc.) that may prove useful in addressing the known organizational issue. The paper should be 5-6 pages of content (this does not include the Burke-Litwin survey instrument).

Describe the context of the organization based on the data you collected from the Burke-Litwin model. Assess and address the chosen organization’s readiness for change.
Discuss the strength and weakness of using the Burke-Litwin model.
Determine two models (not including Burke-Litwin model) or two theories that will be used to address the known issues. Analyze these two models’ or two theories’ strengths and weakness in addressing the relevant issues. What two models or two theories you will adopt in your paper? Will you address episodic change or continuous change? What is the role of a change agent in your chosen models or theories?
