A discussion of the steps/procedures you would take in resolving the problem (e.g., confrontation, establish common ground, emphasize the importance of communication).

Look and dress appropriately (i.e., well groomed and not in pajamas).
Select a good environment to participate in the sessions (i.e., free from distractions, noise, and other people).
Ensure the room you are in has good lighting. Aim the camera so that both participant’s full bodies can be clearly seen in the video.
Find a stable place for your camera and try not to move the camera while the group is in session.
Test the volume of your microphone and the position of your camera prior to the session.
Speak clearly so everyone can hear you.
Use appropriate language (i.e., no slang terms or curse words).
When working with real clients the orientation of the camera should be focused on the social worker in training.
