-Drainage, break down around nose skin, also pain around that area.

-Since the patient is on NG tube there is a high risk of Aspiration.

There are few problems associated with nasogastric tubes for patients including potential damage to the nasal passages, aspiration of gastric contents, dislodgement or blockage of the tube, and the need for frequent repositioning.
