Purpose
This assignment calls for you to identify project management principles and project management performance domains and define the relationship between the principles and the performance domains.
Assignment Instructions
Build a PowerPoint® presentation that defines each project management principle and each project performance domain. There are 12 project management principles. Create one slide for three project management principles thus four slides of your presentation will address the project management principles. There are eight project performance domains, thus creating an additional four slides (two per slide) to define each. Last, use Figure 1–1 in the PMBOK as a guide to outline the relationship between the performance domains and the principles and create two slides that explain this relationship. Provide at least four examples of how the principles guide performance domain work. Provide a narrative for each slide and type the presenter’s notes in the notes section of each slide. Provide a conclusion slide and a reference slide for a total of 12 slides.
You will be graded on your interpretation and understanding of the project management principles and performance domains.
Assignment Requirements
Use Microsoft PowerPoint and have a reference slide at the end of the presentation. Ensure you have speakers notes for each slide describing the content.
