Part One: Write in 500 words or less defending the notion that “All students should be FULLY-INCLUDED with non-disabled peers” [FOR FULL INCLUSION]. Include at least 5 references including court cases and law citations to support your defense.

Part Two: Write in 500 words or less defending the notion that “NOT all students should be FULLY-INCLUDED with non-disabled peers” [AGAINST FULL INCLUSION]. Include at least 5 references including court cases and law citations to support your defense.

Part Three: Write a brief opinion of less than 250 words on the inclusion requirements of the law. Include at least 5 references including court cases and law citations to support the opinion. Although this is an opinion, DO NOT write in the first person.

For Part Three write in the opinion that inclusion is the best option but only if it supports their education. Think of the least restrictive environment aspect in IDEA. I am for inclusion if it is beneficial for the student.
