Note: This case covers material in Ch.14 at the end of the chapter.  Go To Chapter 14, page 315.  Read The Case "Business Scenarios and Case Problems – 14.2" featuring Stike and Baley.   Refer to the chapter and UCC section 207.  Create a paper using IRAC format in which you outline who would win in court, the reason(s) why, and the legal reasons.  You do not need the IRAC Case Header and you do not need the Conclusion or Court Response.  In this assignment you are considering the position and rendering a legal opinion regarding whether Strike could win the lawsuit.  The assignment will be graded using the rubric shown, but will not be submitted to Turnitin.com.
