For example, if Iadvocate for my patient in 4b, I will have abetter attitude going into 3B and attempt toadvocate for them.Being busy during a shift can take away frombeing a good advocate. It may be challenging toadvocate for the patients during more dynamicchanges, but as long as I get a good report andgive a good report, It can still be my best chanceof advocating for the patient. I can also delegatemy duties to CNAs to have more time to advocatefor the patients.Collaborator Lastly, as a collaborator, I can be verycreative. For example, for a patient whoneeds outside help, I can get creative to helpthat patient further.Sometimes though, I can become bossy. To avoidsituations of bossiness, I can apologize and restartwith the other collaborators, or I can avoid it at allcosts by ensuring that I keep in mind thateveryone is just as busy as I am.
