Using Westlaw, find a criminal case that is less than five years old from your home state where the defendant was found guilty of battery. Provide a summary of the facts from that case (the story of what occurred prior to the arrest) and a summary of the court’s analysis.  Provide a properly formatted and embedded citation, as per the Uniform Bluebook of Citations.
