8 .15th of January provided $5,000 worth of Service (or materials), did not get paid

9 .15th Jan received 12,000 in cash from customer for services/materials to be provided in February

10. 15th Jan borrowed $10,000 on a 9 month loan, first payment due in February

11 .30th Jan borrowed $50,000 on a 5 year loan

12 .31st Jan, employees worked 5 days ahead of payroll being paid in February ($7,000 not paid)
