This week, you will learn about the 8 project management performance domains and what activities are included within each. The PMBOK® Guide (2021) defines a performance domain process as “interactive, interrelated, and interdependent areas of focus that work in unison to achieve desired project outcomes.” The activities included within each domain run concurrently, are interdependent of one another, and are tailored to the context and environment of the organization. Having a good understanding of each domain and what it entails will enable a successful delivery of the project.
