United Arab Emirates as a unique case example applying both international legal systems in the same jurisdiction ( The Arabic civil law and the English civil Law). The UAE legal system’s original civil and Sharia law saw an introduction of the English Law in DIFC in 2006. The research aims to analyze how these two laws converge and diverge within the same jurisdiction. This research includes: Enforcement of Judgements issued in the cvil law jurisdiction prior to the English law and vice versa. the research will detail the structure of each of these legal systems showing when they converge and when they diverge and the situation in each case.
