I need a 3 page writing discussing something that triggers you. It could be anything like, "I get triggered when people tell me I am not competent enough to do something". The word “trigger” often pops up in conversations these days and is something that causes you to feel a strong emotion and react in an unconstructive way. Oftentimes, these events arise when we least expect them, and our behavior isn’t reflective of our best selves. An example of trigger could be a needy co-worker or conflict, or feeling left out.
We all have those things that trigger us. Identify something that triggers you in the workplace, discuss how you respond, analyze why you respond this way and devise a personal strategy for changing the way you’ll react so that can be your best self in these situations.

Compose a 3-page double-spaced essay exploring, analyzing, and devising a personal strategy for addressing this trigger. 3 full pages are expected however you may exceed the 3 pages.
