The new healthcare organization will provide primary care services and will focus on chronic diseases (such as: obesity, diabetes type 2 and CVD). Your healthcare institution will not have an ER, surgery, or speciality care. You have 500 employees 20 administrators, 100 professional staff and 100 administrative and support staff.
You have a good location and a gross income of 100 million USD annually and a steady patient market. As an Executive Board it is of your insterest to consider how to grow your business and command a larger market share. Your strategy plan will focus on a NEW business and not an existing business.
If you are working in a group, please apply the following task to your service provider organization–ALL group members must submit the paper in a word document. Remember you will need at least two (2) references and (in-text) citations in this paper.
