Sanjiv, a retired osteopath, died in December 2022. His will was made and duly executed in October 2021. It contains the following provisions:
?500,000 to establish a trust for the education of children of osteopaths working for the NHS in England;
?25,000 on trust to provide computers for needy students at Filton School;
?350,000 on trust “to be applied towards research into the social and economic benefits of re-nationalising the railways.”
?75,000 to the West Midlands Osteopaths’ Relief Fund.
Filton School is a registered charity.
The West Midlands Osteopaths’ Relief Fund ceased to exist in January 2023. It was a registered charity for the advancement of poor osteopaths in the West Midlands.
