Review the case study, food report, and resources.
Review the video on how to identify nutrients that are not in range.
Step 2 Answer the Questions in a post.
The post should thoroughly answer each of the following questions:
Looking at the Bar Graph Report, which micronutrient is a concern for NAFLD and why? only identify the micronutrients that are not in range AND significant to NAFLD and explain why they are a problem for NAFLD.
What attributes and lifestyle factors may be contributing to her diagnosis of NAFLD?
What recommendations would you give Natasha to improve her diet, lifestyle, and anthropometric data to reverse her condition?
In an effort to lower her saturated fat intake, Natasha decided to make her breakfast sandwich at home. Instead of the high-fat sausage, she chooses 4 slices of organic sugar-free turkey bacon. Looking at the Nutrition Facts label, evaluate the nutrients, and explain if replacing sausage with 4 slices of turkey bacon would be a good choice for her or not. If it is a poor choice, what would be a good alternative?
