( When the search results appear, change the jurisdiction to the jurisdiction for your problem set. Be sure to limit the jurisdiction to the appropriate state bY unchecking all boxes except the one corresponding to the state for your problem set.

2. Provide The Bluebook citation for at least two, but no more than three, cases from the state courts in the jurisdiction for your problem set that provide the elements for or definition of a nuisance or private nuisance claim.
