If they’re no spouse or children, then the parents inherit the estate. Next if they’re no parents then everything goes to the siblings or other family members if no siblings.
Prince didn’t have a spouse, children, or parents to inherit his estate. His next of kin are his siblings. They are battling each other to claim his estate. They all legally have a right at next of kin but it has to be settled by a judge because its more than one person. With all the lawyers, administrators, and accounts involved, its going to continue to be a battle.
