The advancement of technology has allowed enterprise businesses to expand their market share and capitalize on increased sales by reaching consumers in all corners of the world. This advancement paved the way for eCommerce, which is defined by the buying and selling of goods through the internet. As the Chief Technology Officer of a hypothetical eCommerce start-up, I am tasked with development and implementation of our networking infrastructure. In this Project Plan Inception, there are a few requirements:

Beginning in the year 2023, a Master of Science candidate from Strayer University began his Capstone course, and at the same time, he experienced a traumatic experience which led him to seek more guidance from a spiritual aspect of living. His capstone course required a project plan inception which he used to begin putting together what he said was Gods plan. Thus, the creation of the eCommerce enterprise called Gods Spiritual Plan was born.
Our companys plan is to provide a technological and spiritual-seeking safe place where all forms of practices such as spiritual, social, psychological and somatic can enhance the lives of not only for themselves but all humans. Products and services are sold business-to-consumer all around the world. Our products include learning materials, candles, stones, personal meditation, divination rituals and readings. Our products are constantly evolving as the community responds and develops their own needs.
The CTO is also the CEO who was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. His name is Randy Van Cofield, Jr., and he went to our nations only 3-year public residential high school for talented/ gifted students in Mathematics and Science from Illinois. He went on to attend Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont where he majored in Spanish and minored in African-American studies. While developing his capstone project, he served as a Client Solutions Executive for a telecommunications and technology giant, AT&T. There he managed a small team consisting of a security, technical engineer and mobility executive. He served as the quarterback for the team, which he was responsible for understanding over 100 client business processes and how enterprises integrated information systems to position his companys products and services. Randy is currently a Master of Science candidate in Information Systems and has a concentration on the Management of Information Technology.

CUSTOMERS:
The Covid-19 Pandemic uncovered a lot of social and mental health issues amongst all age groups and ethnic origins from all over the world. Many people turned to spiritual teachings for healing and coping within societies designed to control their desires. Religious churches fed messages of dyer concerns due to decreased revenue, but without understanding how to capitalize on improved technology. This shed light on consumers from the ages of 18 years and older. Both men and women increased their purchases in this area. Whether a consumer had religious background or not, motivation & inspiration (spiritually) increased in market size. Research shows that this vertical revenue will increase steadily.
Describe the key elements of your chosen e-commerce company’s information systems infrastructure.
It is critical to have fiber-optic wired networking to ensure consistency and proper bandwidth allocation for cloud-based services such as voice. This network will need to be dedicated to new location and we will want managed services to integrate. Our eCommerce business should decide upon Microsoft or Google for emailing services for employees, but also consider Lookout endpoint security to be integrated for such employees as myself who will have wireless devices. We would want to have a customer relationship management service that would allow 100% integration of our salesforce applications and systems not only to access client data but also perform sales and other operational tasks. There will be a warehouse located on our 1st floor so WANs are important and a distribution of a push-to-talk service. Inventory system must integrate with CRM tool. Our data will be housed in multiple locations set up in a mesh topology to ensure best data protection in the event of security breach. We will need IOT and fleet services from a wireless networking company as well. Security will require development from a 3rd party IT Support Team, and their organization will assume all liability. The service level agreement is important to review with company appointed attorneys.

At a high-level, what is this project all about?
As a child, I was told that I was not capable of achieving my goals. In fact, my elementary school teacher said to me that I would never succeed in life. Although I had been told that I could not succeed, I maintained a sense of determination. It was imperative for me to exceed my expectations. Although I was unable to comprehend the motivation behind this drive, I continued to pursue it. Nevertheless, I hold a strong belief in something else. I found it to be so much higher than I expected and what some people had imagined. The idea of God’s existence was very significant to me spiritually. For this project I sought to illuminate one of these ways, which was visiting small business spiritual stores in and around Los Angeles.
With this project, the goal is to provide small business owners with a solution for selling their products and services via eCommerce. This is not limited to the Los Angeles area but across the globe. By providing a safe environment and offering insights into spirituality, this business will contribute to a better world.

Market research indicates that spiritual store owners compete with online sales and have difficulty engaging walk-in clients, which results in low revenue for the business. As a result of this project, spiritual retail owners will be able to operate not only locally, but also nationwide.

Marketing and advertising will be integrated with customer payments.

Therefore it is important to focus on the compatibility not only used on different wireless operating systems, but also on various devices such as wireless phones, tablets, iPads and laptops.
USABILITY: A website for an online retailer of any scale has to be user-friendly, even for those who are not tech-savvy. Users spend an average of 0.05 seconds deciding whether a website is worthwhile (Ram, 2022). Therefore, the site, calls to action, and checkout process must be carefully crafted to overcome those terrifyingly brief moments of indecision.
SECURITY: Data security is of the highest significance if an online retailers website processes financial transactions or stores sensitive information about its customers. When companies prioritize user trust with measures like an SSL certificate and a data privacy policy, they get loyal consumers who promote the company to their friends. It is also considered for the many administrative responsibilities to all the organization to regulate who has access to what and when (Ram, 2022). Security might also include adhering to regional data protection regulations, such as GDPR in Europe, depending on where the company is based.
PERFORMANCE: Regardless of the number of plugins an e-commerce site uses or the volume of visitors it receives, speeding up page loads should be a top priority. Customers are easily lost if they find an e-commerce website unacceptably sluggish while their competitors are pleasantly quick. It is unacceptable for webpages to take more than 100ms to load (ms). The e-commerce provider should be hard at work behind the scenes fixing the problem if the website fails to load within that period (Ram, 2022). Technicians employed by an online retailer will no doubt need to keep a close eye on page load times using website monitoring tools to guarantee optimal performance.

MOBILE FRIENDLY APP: An application that works on mobile devices is important but not essential for an online store to run. Everyone knows that websites with apps that work well on mobile devices get more visitors. Statista says that in America, the conversion rates for mobile devices have passed those for desktop computers. So, making websites mobile-friendly is a good investment that could bring in more than a few extra dollars and happy customers who come back.
USER-FRIENDLY WEBSITE: An attractive user interface and user experience design are what draw clients to an online store in the first place. Shop owners imaginations might run wild with the possibilities for their businesses (Tobin, 2022). A contemporary e-commerce retail website needs to have a simple, uncluttered design, use colors that are appealing without being too familiar, and have a main navigation menu and clear structure.
FAST CHECKOUT PROCESS: Seven out of ten shoppers never return to their abandoned carts. This indicates that over 70% of buyers who start a purchase never finish it. The cumbersome checkout procedure is a significant contributor. Many purchases are made on the spur of the moment when the shopper feels like making a purchase (Tobin, 2022). Meanwhile, the lengthy checkout process reduces their tolerance and desire to purchase. Therefore, e-commerce websites must have faster checkout processes.
Potential Risks, Constraints, and Assumptions
PRIVACY CONCERNS AND INTERNET SECURITY THREATS: As time goes on, hackers learn new tricks. Fishing for credentials from within the organization or using bogus email links to spread malware or ransomware is a common approach for hackers to get access to protected systems.
GAINING UNATHORIZED ACCESS: Everyone in the firm does not need access to every file. A lot of data is deleted because of hacking attempts. It may sometimes be harmless and malicious to others at the same time (Team, 2021). Fortunately, an owner can do best to safeguard their data by ensuring that only authorized users have access.
EXPLOITATION OF VULNERABILITIES: Threat actors are waiting in the wings to exploit any weaknesses in an e-commerce network. It is easy to be attacked if an organization uses outdated software, hos not up-to-date system, or has poor endpoint security.

These constraints have been identified: Critical that we balance (1) scope, (2) cost and (3) time.
Assumptions
The most significant assumptions related to defining this project scope, objectives, and approach scope include: (1) All scopes are implemented on time and within budget, (2) objectives are accomplished in regards to training and implementation and (3) determination of threat and what costs associated are projected.
