To describe it, you can answer the following questions: who are these people? What are their interests?
In this segment that you have selected, identify: what is your major segmentation variable? Could you effectively market products to these segments? Come up with a product that you can offer to this specific segment
Short conclusion (why you used this segmentation variables and why you offered this product)
