Supreme Court Case Brief
Objective 1:
Create a short brief or summary of the court case you choose (1 page).
What are the basic facts of the case (who, what and where)?
What is the legal or constitutional question being raised?
Objective 2:
Read the ruling and at least one of the concurring and dissenting opinions.
Write a brief opinion on the ruling.
Do you concur with the majority or dissent from them (and why)? (2 pages)
