Here is my working title: The workplace and friendships. A qualitative discursive analysis explores how individuals make sense of how friendships are formed between colleagues in their place of work.
This is my RQ: How do people define how the ‘workplace friendship’ identity is constructed amongst colleagues in their workplace?
