He is not on any medications other than occasional ASA and has not seen a provider in 5 years. He has a hx of HTN. You order basic lab tests as he is new to you. They are as follows: WBC 8.5 /l NA 135 LDL 182 Hh 11.8/35 g/dl K 4.5 mmol/l HDL 25 Plt 204 /mcl BUN/CR 42/0.8 md/dl Total 210 What abnormalities are of biggest concern to you?
