Choose one of the two publicly held companies (AkzoNobel www.akzonobel.com ) or ( Axalta Coating Systems www.axaltacoatingsystems.com ). Go through their annual report and other research sources to obtain the following information. You should submit at least 8 content slides (not including the cover slide and the final reference slide with properly formatted references), but you can Submit as many as you need to provide your findings on the following subjects. You must prepare your presentation as if you are presenting it in person to a group of investors.
Each slide must have either speaker notes or voice over.
Cover Slide
Slide 1: Introduction, Company History & Details (Origin, founder(s), date, circumstances, major products or services, Size, divisions, number of employees, locations, etc.)
Slide 2: Sales and revenue for the last 3 to 5 years plus Mission, vision, and value statements.
Slide 3: External analysis (Opportunity & Threats plus PESTEL)
Slide 4: External Analysis (Porter-s five forces, strategic group, etc)
Slide 5 & 6: Internal Analysis (Strength & Weaknesses, core competencies, resources (tangible & intangible), capabilities, VRIO framework, etc.
Slide 7: SWOT table and SWOT analysis
Slide 8: Your summary and interpretations and recommendations based on the above data to the investors.
