As a company’s legal assistant, there is a lack of understanding of the Commerce Clause and the Supremacy Clause. Your leadership has asked the legal department to examine these constitutional components and to present the results of the research to leadership so that they may have a better understanding of these clauses and how this specifically affects the company and industry. As a legal assistant, you will shoulder the burden of conducting research and preparing a suitable presentation for the leadership.

You will construct a PowerPoint presentation that details the Commerce Clause and the Supremacy Clause. Additionally, you will address in lay terms how these clauses affect the company as a whole. You will address the presence of state laws by researching laws in your state that regulates the business sector and comparing them to the presence of these clauses to give a good picture of methods to ensure compliance. Some of this material will be connected to the Signature Assignment, so be sure to maintain research to give you a head start on the Signature Assignment.

The PowerPoint presentation will be 12-15 slides containing at least 100 words per slide. Title and reference slides do not count in this total. Each slide must be accompanied by slide notes containing at least 200 words per slide note. The presentation should be aesthetically pleasing and should contain a reference slide(s) with sources referenced in Bluebook format.

Please do the references in BLUEBOOK format. I know I selected APA because there is not option for BLUEBOOK format. But my assignment needs to be done in BLUEBOOK format. Thanks
