Students must complete a stakeholder–Distributor of Costco interview that outlines key learnings from at least two stakeholder interviews conducted by them during the action research week.Be specific with who you have contacted and why. An acceptable alternative to this assignment (subject to approval by the unit coordinator) is to submit evidence of a prototype/survey designed to test and validate a hypothesis. In 800 words, be specific with what you have designed, why you have designed it (to test what, or gain what knowledge?). What are the key learnings and implications for the future direction of your project? What are the next steps for your action research?
Firstly, you do not need to records interviews/conversations. Please do not record conversations unless you have permission from the stakeholder to do this. Same applies for screenshots/photos etc, we must request permission for these of course.
Secondly, yes there will be some instances where showing evidence is not possible, such as phone calls. These need to be referenced as per usual APA7 reference guidelines.
Thirdly, you do not need to submit recordings or transcripts of interviews.
Evidence to include in the appendix could be screenshots of zoom calls, screenshots of written correspondence, your own notes on ways you have identified emergent themes, photos etc. Just try to include some evidence if it is possible but please do not get too ‘hung up’ on this; more importantly, please do not let this detract from what your actual learnings
