You lead a team of intelligent individuals working together on common projects in your department. You and your team realize the need for a project management tool to help keep everyone on track and informed about all projects in real time. With so many project management product options available, your team needs your leadership.

Develop an infographic depicting:

●       The steps that you and your team will take to select and implement the best project management tool

●       The criteria that you would like your team to consider when reviewing each product (budget, access, security, etc).

Consider what it means to explore, select, and train all individuals on the tool to ensure the product meets your organizational needs. Additionally, consider how to ensure successful integration into current business processes.
