Prediction about the future

 With all that out of the way, on to this discussion topic  

For your final discussion topic is to make a prediction about the future of gaming. This topic is very open in terms of what you talk about, but ultimately you need to make a prediction about the future from relatively recent history. Recommendation topics can include; 1) You could pick a relatively new game designer or a development studio to speak to their recent success and how you might believe their game or recent contributions will shape the industry in the future. ‘ 2) You can pick a new technology (within the last 10 years) that exists; and talk about how it will make the games of the future better. 3) Speak to a recent trend {within the last 10 years) in the game—industry, monetization, cultural relevance, gameplay, etc. Talk about how that topic will be more prominent in future games. 4) Anything that is new, that is not popularized yet, but you think will shape the industry and become more “mainstream" game practice.
