Conflict management plans

Come up with  conflict management plans for the following scenarios. 

You must choose 3 of the 6 scenarios to address. Please use terms and steps found in your textbook on this section. The use of chapter 10 terms is key, and you must include these in your response. 

Conflict Management Scenarios

Scenario #1 

Task-based conflict occurs when two healthcare professionals disagree on a technical procedure. For example, a new nurse inserts an IV using a different technique than the one the hospital uses. 

Scenario #2 

While checking Facebook, lnstagram and Snapchat posts, a student discovers that a peer has been posting pictures and stories of daily occurrences in their field experience. Both students are among a cohort of ten student teachers at that school. 

Scenario #3 

You overhear a colleague sharing personal information about a client to a fellow employee in the school entrance. The supervisor has previously asked that this information remain confidential for safety and legal reasons involving the student. 

Scenario #4 

The employee feels as though their supervisor is discriminating against a fellow co-worker due to cultural differences in teaching style. After several observations, how would like to address the issue? 

Scenario #5 

Your partner has recently changed the password on their cell phone. You’ve noticed them smiling more often and disengaged at home while on their phone and typing. When asked they repeat that they are doing “nothing”. How do you bring up your concerns? 

Scenario #6 

You find your partner becoming more distant and often on their cell phone during dinner and in the evenings during your time together. You feel disconnecting and frustrated with the lack of communication between the two of you. What’s your best course of action?
