During the international scientific and practical conference, a group of young scientists from Poland based their work on the fact that there is no fundamental difference between the law of foreign economic activity and international economic law (as a branch of international public law). Among other things, they motivated their position by the fact that the object of regulation in both cases is economic relations that arise between representatives of different states. That is, the relations have an interstate character, namely an international character.
