You are the director of community sports in a city of 300,000 (medium-sized city). You are tasked with the job of coming up with a recreation program for the city. This program can be organized around power and performance sports OR pleasure and participation sports (from Ch. 16). A major goal of the program is to be as inclusive as possible (gender, race and ethnicity, age, ability, etc.). Prepare a presentation for city officials that explains and provides rationale for the choices you made. You can assume you have enough equipment and facilities to run your program, don’t focus on budget.
