How would you promote teamwork within your work group?

How would you handle a situation with two of your staff having a loud argument at the front desk in front of several customers and co-workers?

How have you responded to an angry customer who has complained about the Libraries Division’s policies?

How would you monitor the work of staff and volunteers to ensure adherence to policies and procedures?

List three (3) new technologies you have used with customers within the library. What was your involvement in the implementation of these technologies and was the technology embraced by customers? (anything that helps in getting this position would work) 

How have you handled multiple deadlines and what steps do you take to meet them?

Describe your supervisory/lead worker experience with staff coaching, counseling, and performance management.

Are you a current employee with Broward County, Board of County Commissioners in the classification of Library Specialist?

Are you proficient in Microsoft Office Suite? If so, provide three (3) examples describing in detail how you have used these products?

Do you have public presentation experience? If so, please describe your experience in detail and provide two (2) examples.

Describe your cash handling experience. What are 3 key tasks that must be done when balancing a cash drawer? What are 3 common errors made by cashiers?
