The Philosophy Strength: They provide early care and educational experiences and work with families.

The Vision Strength: The organization discusses that they want to be the first and only choice for discerning, nurturing parents and teachers. They want their teachers to become known as early education professionals through annual certified teacher training beyond the requirements. 

The Mission Strength: The mission strength focuses on the children by providing quality early care, educational experiences, and high-quality care.

Areas of Improvement: They discussed the teacher’s annual training and providing high-quality care for the children but could have added details about the curriculum or school readiness goals they use for the children.

Website 2: ABC Preschool

The Philosophy strength: They use daily activities, small groups, and individual centers, providing developmentally appropriate practices.

The Vision Strength: No vision statement 

The Mission Strength: They focus on the child and provide a safe and nurturing Christian education

Areas of Improvement: They should have shared a vision statement letting people know what their organization whats to accomplish. 

My Philosophy in my new childcare center is to develop each child’s interest and knowledge to expand their learning. Since children learn through play, I will provide opportunities to image, explore, and create.

My vision statement: Providing a safe and nurturing  place where children learn age-appropriate skills to be ready for the next level of learning

My Mission statement: Providing daily activities to enhance the children’s cognitive, language, math, and social-emotional skills, collaborating with families, and providing any resources need for our children from ages there to five years of age.
