Natasha has several food allergies and Mahesh is having trouble with his balance; the reason for this is unknown. Although Arjun is now working as a farmer in a strawberry farm, he is still unable to provide fully for the family; as his salary does not suffice to pay off utility bills, groceries and other expenses. He hopes to soon find a new job which will pay better. His wife Leksmi is attending school; therefore, is not currently contributing to their income. The children are enrolled fiill time at the Licenced Childcare Centre; they are attending Monday through Friday 7:30—4:30. All of the staff have been very supportive with both the children and parents. However, some days are very difficult for the children to say good bye to their parents; Arjun and Leksmi are unsure on how to handle this. Prior to immigrating to Canada, the families emotional and physical well being had taken a toll on them. Now, they are dealing with the adjustment to this new community, environment and culture. The family needs all the support that they can get; they don’t always know services in the community, or how to access them.
