The dental student placed patent’s head in a precise position to allow the image to be taken. The patient not have to freeze and hold his head in any position. Instead, the dental student use the chin, forehead, and side bolsters to comfortably support his head, and the dental student ask him to bite into a mouthguard-like device to hold his teeth and jaw firmly in the position necessary to provide the required images.Once his head and jaw are in the exact position,all he has to do is to stay still for a few seconds while the panoramic ×-ray camera rotates around his head. The panoramic x-ray was good. Interpretation of an FMS The student was discussing the charting of the teeth with the faculty. They were looking to the FMS and panoramic, and they were charting each tooth, I learned more about amalgam, composite, missing teeth, sound teeth, E1, E2, D1, D2,D3.
