Ethics Drafting Assignment

Go to the following Florida Bar website: Subject Index of Ethics Opinions: https://www.floridabar.org/ethics/etsubj/

Select one or two Ethics Topic(s) that appeals to you. You can select one topic with 10 opinions or you can select two topics with 5 different opinions.

Review and summarize the content of 10 different Ethics advisory opinions in your topic. Your job here is to summarize the content in your own words. Do not copy and paste the language of the advisory opinions. That is plagiarism and will be subject to an automatic zero.

Synthesize the advisory opinions you selected. This means discuss how the topic opinions build upon or relate to each other. Address what have you learned about this Ethics topic through the process. How will it impact the execution of your job duties? A well-written essay will include an introductory paragraph as well as a conclusion.

This essay should be  4 to 5 total pages.  It should be written in Times New Roman 12-point font and double-spaced.  At least 30% of the essay should be the material required in Part 4 of the assignment (the synthesis). You also must cite each ethics opinion individually in the body of the essay for a chance at full credit.
