Budget surplus

As a parent wants, is you think about this budget surplus?

Today As a leader in my center, I would pick the Budget surplus. Since the cost of living raising through the years, prices are rising. I believe that we educators should get growing throughout the years. Some companies are paid by experience and certification, so everyone is not paid the same. “Creating and operating high-quality programs means paying teachers good salaries, providing benefits to staff, and maintaining safe and attractive facilities” (Gadzikowski, A.2013). I would treat all my co-worker fair so no one would not quit on me. I would help my families the best resources and community involvement. I have some charities that are donated to my childcare setting to help families that are in need. After reading an article from the  ” Affordable early childhood programs promote families’ self-sufficiency and help families better provide for the well-being of their children”(NAEYC,1995). I would ask another school if they have extra supplies making sure all my classrooms and teacher have plenty of stores for my center. I would budget everything, ensuring all my supplies would last for the month and also be on top of my budget. Without my teacher’s patience there dedicated to my center, I wouldn’t have my center up and ready. I would have all teachers and staff have all the proper training required by the state. I would have extra money left over I would use appropriately to help my family and staff members. So, in my opinion, I would pick a budget surplus.
