This is an individual assignment where you will reflect on the application of courses you have taken so far in the program. It will address lessons learned from a functional perspective as well as for the challenge of integrating across functions.

Format: You will submit a paper of no less than 2 pages, single spaced (roughly 1000 words) and no more than 4 pages, single spaced (roughly 2000 words). The best papers will be clear, specific, and insightful. They will go beyond a summary of activities and communicate substantive lessons with the potential to impact your professional practice in the future.

The paper should address:

1. Consider the content of your courses in Communication and Collaboration, Business Insights Through Data, Analyzing Business Processes, and Design Thinking for Innovation. In what way did you use respective knowledge, skills, and tools to compete in the simulation?

• What knowledge, skills, and tools were critical, and why?
• What more do you need to learn or improve upon to perform at a high level as a management team member, what will be the value of this learning, and how can you improve?

2. Reflect on the integration of Communication and Collaboration, Business Insights Through Data, Analyzing Business Processes, and Design Thinking for Innovation. What do you see as the challenges of integrating business disciplines in a holistic context?
