Project Title
Project Management for Mr. and Mrs. Rodgers Residential House Construction
Purpose
Mr. and Mrs. Rodgers and their family will develop a new primary dwelling through this construction project. It is expected to be finished in April, allowing the Rodgers family to move in within the first two weeks of May. Mr. Rodgers will relocate from Asia to North America to assume responsibility for his company's North American affairs in 2023. Therefore, the residence must be finished by April 30, 2023, so that the Rodgers can establish residency in the neighborhood with sufficient advance time for their children to register in the public education system along with their peers for the 2023 school year.
Description
This project is intended to construct a new home for Mr. and Mrs. Rodgers. The new home will be a high – end residential structure constructed on a three-acre lot – lot #38, situated at 101-819, Integer Road, Corona New Mexico, 02819, USA. The construction is scheduled to begin on Monday, November 6, 2022, and conclude on Sunday, April 30, 2023. This home is being created using the most up-to-date construction materials and specifications, as well as cutting-edge energy-saving technologies. Building will be supervised and managed by Top Home Solutions, the general contractor, who may outsource certain aspects of the operation. All labor will be insured, and all material will adhere to or exceed the requirements of the local code requirements.
Objective
According to the project description, the project must be completed by April 30, 2023. The following are the project's key achievement benchmarks:

Funding
All funds has been pre-approved and deposited into a reserve account, from which the principal contract or agreement may draw. Starting with the second quarter following the commencement of work, the contractor may receive equal quarterly payments. The buyer will retain the first quarterly reimbursement until all work is finished and authorized at the project's conclusion and handover. Upon acceptable approval of the project's completion and transition, the buyer will make the final payment to the contractor.
Major Deliverables
According to the contractor's comprehensive floorplans and upgrade alternatives, all HVAC, landscape design, finish work, along with interior and exterior doors and cabinetry, and door and cabinetry components, sanitary fittings, household appliances, worktops, backsplash material, garage polishing work, floor coverings, and loft are Level V – Premium Grade. The buyer will pick plumbing fixtures, kitchen and laundry room fixtures, and appliances according to the schedule of details provided by the contractor. The contractor shall provide a provisional sum of $20,500 for lighting. All lighting needs exceeding the allocation will need submitting a modification order to the contractor.
