Dear Professor, I would like to bring your attention towards the burning issue in the Canada that is discrimination with the black and other communities. My interest in this topic stems from the fact that as I had closely seen the discrimination as now, I resides in Canada. Moreover, I had heard from the people that they are being discriminated based on their caste, creed, and color, and I would like to more about the discrimination in Canada. For my essay, I would like to argue against the discrimination among people of the different communities. Moreover, discrimination is a major problem that people face in all parts of the world. Also, I want to know in deeply more about the discrimination based on caste, race, ethnicity, and gender. As, many ways were taken into practice for reducing discrimination due to which the discrimination has been removed to greater extent. My research question, which will guide my paper, is: Are people’s differences cause for celebration or cause for concern? My newly proposed thesis statement is as follows: The way people’s access to education, employment, and other opportunities are impacted negatively as result of discrimination. As I continue my exploration into this issue, I will provide compelling evidence to back up my claim. The following are some questions that I hope will guide my research: 1. What problems people face who are being discriminated by the other persons? 2. Is level of the discrimination is rising or falling? 3. Can discrimination be justified? 4.
