Chinese proverb, meaning to be more afraid of never changing over time, but just like with anything else in society we have inequality. For the teenage boy with school and two little sisters, time is a luxury not equally distributed, but this inequality is only temporary for him due to one day having school and his sisters being gone after graduation leaving him with nothing, but time. Contrasting that same inequality becomes permanent for those in the working class struggling to do anything else, but work and save up every penny. The cause of inequality time is not having enough time between working and doing anything for yourself or others and can be measured in how much time people commit to paid and unpaid work. Finally getting enough disposable time to enjoy anything you want is a privilege of time.
