Here is what you will do: Choose an issue that is either local, national, or maybe be occurring somewhere around the world. Identify what the issue is and find two or more scholarly articles about the issue. What I want from you is a 2-3 page paper defining at least 3 pros and 3 cons of that topic, and a concluding statement/sentence detailing your stance. You will use critical thinking strategies developed throughout the course to help you critically analyze the issue. Must use website: A great site for this is h_ttp:/[www.procon.org[ E+>_. This site presents different topics, and the pros and cons behind each by category. A lot of these topics have some controversy, which is why you must practice critical thinking and explain the pros and cons based off of facts provided on the site, without strong personal opinion or thoughts, and consideration of the opposition’s view. Writing Format: Your article review should be typed, double-spaced, and 2-3 pages. Do not forget to cite your resources and provide a reference list using APA format. Failure to cite your resources will result in Academic Misconduct and automatic zero on the assignment.
