Brad is a low-level crook in a large City. Charlie is a pickpocket prodigy. Because Charlie is 10 years old, he can reach deep into people’s pockets with his small hands to take money quickly without anyone seeing. Brad enters into an agreement where he scouts easy targets for Charlie and Charlie gives Brad 25% of whatever he makes. Danny also works for Brad doing “stickups”. Danny has a low IQ and pretty much does whatever he is told. Brad showed Danny how to point his finger inside his clothing and pretend he’s got a gun. Using this technique Danny went into a store and forced the owners to hand over all their money. Elvin works as a bank teller. Elvin has a strange quirk where he believes short people are elves and that their money contains magical spells. Whenever a short person comes to deposit money at the bank, Elvin pockets the money instead of putting it in the till so he can take it home and decipher these spells which he believes will end global warming.
