-Share Joint Legal Custody 

-Share Parenting Time 50/50- use standard restraints and touchy-feely language 

                -Mom- Every Tuesday and Thursday and e/o weekend, including sun night overnight 

                -Dad- Every Monday and weds. and e/o weekend- incl. sun night overnight 

                -Same schedule in summer- but each parent gets 2 non-consecutive weeks uninterrupted 

(Saturday to week from Sunday)- mom elects 1st in even years, dad in odd, if not elected by April 1, the other parent may choose their weeks 

                -NO restraint a/g overnights with non-relatives 

                -Parent with children at time of school cancellation deals with cancellation  

-Dad pay mom support per calculator and dad to pay controlled expenses 

                -Dad keeps kids on insurance (mom has right to COBRA) 

                -Agreed upon extra curriculars split by income shares 

                -Tax deduction- Parties alternate oldest kid, mom claims middle, dad claims youngest. When only youngest remains, parties alternate 

                -Post Secondary- parties will contribute to in-state rate- exact amount of contribution TBD -Maintenance- dad pays mom $220/mo in rehab maintenance for 24 months. 

-Each keep own vehicles, dad keeps retirement, each keeps personal property in own possession, dad takes martial debt (other than mortgage). Cash in savings account is split 

-mom to retain former marital home and make payments thereon- she will attempt to refi, but hold dad harmless if cannot, if cannot refi within five years, the property shall be listed for sale 

                -If mom is late on two payments (outside grace period) within any 6 month period, house will immediate be listed for sale 

-File separate taxes this year 

-Dad to pay $500 toward mom’s attorney fees 

-Marie is resuming her maiden name 

-All standard contract language
