Select an organization and describe the organizational culture

Identify an organization and describe the five ways (Mission Statement, Stories & language, Physical Layout, Rules & Policies, Rituals) which culture shows itself to observers. This information can be located in your textbook Chapter 8, Section 4.3. Please select another organization than your own, unless you can support your organization with research – avoid personal information/experiences when possible for this assignment.

Consider opportunities the organization has to improve the organizational culture.
