Scenario:
You have been asked to take over in sterilizing room and reprocess the instruments shown in the video. Unfortunately, you did not have a chance to discuss with the previous assistant what has already been completed and what still needs to be processed. *Your dentist requires instruments within next 2.5 hours
After watching the video, you are required to answer 3 questions. Your response must be verbal and submitted in a video format. Video reply to length must be less than 5 min (anything past 5 min will not be graded)
Question 1: After watching the video, how many sterilizers have been used so far? Provide a brief explanation.
Question 2: According to question 1, discuss how you identified the sterilizers that have been used today and how you know if they are safe to use.
Question 3: Based on the video and the scenario, list in order the steps that would create the most efficient flow to reprocess instruments shown in the video. (List minimum 10 reprocessing steps that you will perform).
