In your opinion – Your best friend just bought your favorite business in your hometown. First, tell us what business it is. Your friend is having second thoughts about the business, and reveals that the business was going through hard times, even before he closed the deal. You decided that you would advise him to review the business in terms of the four key strategy considerations in the marketing mix. List those four items.
