A design and development shop of roughly 10 workers

A sales and marketing unit of 75 workers

A purchasing department of 25 workers

A manufacturing unit of 200 workers

A shipping and fulfillment unit of 100 workers

A quality-control and customer service unit of 50 workers

A premises maintenance unit of 25 workers

An IT (technology) unit of 15 workers

ABC, Inc. has the following goals:

To ensure the retention of top quality employees in all operational units

To avoid turnover of personnel

To establish protocols, guides and training for all employees

To provide flexibility for ABC during seasonal downturns in the demand for its products

To promote its products and its corporate image in positive ways to its customers as well as to the community and affiliated businesses

To provide a reasonable return on investment to the shareholders of ABC

The Board of directors has asked you to provide guidance and counsel on the legally mandated employment compensation and benefits as well as those which will work to ensure a loyal and competent workforce with a high degree of internal morale.

The ABC, Inc. board of directors has tasked you with developing a Human Resources Guidebook which will inform and advise the board on all Human Resources matters as well as provide a baseline of rules, policies and provisions.

Provide the following: 

An outline of the Guidebook for the Capstone Project and what will be discussed with special attention to the general areas of corporate operation and administration

Final Draft of the Capstone Project Guidebook

Include the following in the Outline as well as the Guidebook:
