I hope you all are prepared to enter into your/this holiday season! This content was great this week, so, before I begin in on this assignment, I want to thank those responsible for such an amazing cat video! I, an explicit cat lover, really enjoyed myself! So, thank you professor, and if there are any other preparers, thank you guys as well! This was great!
Now, I want to begin in on what our case-study/scenario was all about. And, so, I feel that cats are generally within the binding laws, and that these laws were broken. So, no matter what, the culprit (the murderer) should have been apprehended, and then to await a trial, but not without a bond. Now, at the trial, I feel that the authorities and any given judge should have been able to exercise their rights to understand the situation that was being expressed to them. “They have the right to do that!” And during trial, they should have been able to see that this man was clearly only trying to defend, possibly, the Castle Doctrine, which states that he has the right to even kill the escalating factor if his/her property, money, person, or assets were in grave jeopardy. So, as a juror, I would have held this stance no matter what was stated.
Being that this law applies to human-to-human being interaction, the court should understand that the man’s interactions with this wild cat only requires an amount of grace and understanding to see that the man was completely innocent. This grace was needed, because he was dead wrong for not being on his property when the killing took place. Ultimately, without a good layer, may God be with him. “And that just about sums it up for me.” “Now, in my society (ASEM), this cannot occur!” And I feel that we generally look down on these actions, or these types of offences! Although I hope for his release/freedom, an even better idea would have involved this guy calling his local animal service’s phone number. Because his job was also to notifying the animal protection agency of all the details of his situation, and all the happenings. Animal Control Services would have been able to capture the animal, and they would have also decided to either let it live or put the animal down. In this case study, the actions of the authorities clearly states that they were not sympathetic or willing to understand his side of the story. Ultimately, he left the situation open, and he left himself open for whatever actions could have came about. “And that was wrong!” Ultimately, his actions were irresponsible, and as a judge, he should be penalized with the fine no less than $600 dollars, but not to exceed $1200 dollars.
